With the best will in the world, sometimes problems do occur which are genuinely beyond our control.

These can range from outright hardware failure, to the most frequent problem (still), internet connectivity going down - although, as a matter of fact, we offer a solution for the latter, based on Draytek / Vigor dual-internet supply routers.

In the event of problems, however, we offer a fully ITIL compliant Service Desk which can be contacted directly on 0141 530 8107.

If we can't resolve the problem over the phone, we'll come on-site to fix it.
