With the best will in the world, sometimes problems do occur which are genuinely
beyond our control.
These can range from outright hardware failure, to the most frequent problem
(still), internet connectivity going down - although, as a matter of fact, we
offer a solution for the latter, based on
Draytek / Vigor dual-internet supply routers.
In the event of problems, however, we offer a fully
ITIL compliant Service

If we can't resolve the problem over the phone, we'll come on-site to fix
it.
